Your reality is what you believe and feel about yourself, your perceptions of life, and your emotional state created by the self-convincing act of telling yourself repeatedly who you believe you are; most of the times our self-perception has not really been formed by ourselves, but by external factors (media, society, peers, family, etc.)If your self-dialogue is filled with pessimism, disapproval, condemnation, blame, and shame, your reality will fit those words. You are your best supporter, nobody else will be as loyal to you as you are yourself, nobody will care as much for you as you do yourself. You are your #1 fan, your most loyal follower, and even more important, you are, without a doubt, the one person that can do much more for yourself than anyone else. So, if you don’t learn to support yourself in the most difficult circumstances, you can be sure nobody else will do it, at least not as committed and persistently as you would do it yourself. Pay attention to the words you use when you describe yourself because those words will consistently become your reality, they will predict your future. Your words are the crops of your mind, if you reap poison, you will sow self-doubt, anger, jealousy, anxiety, frustration, hopelessness, and mediocrity. When you talk to yourself, you must become the leader of thoughts, the alpha voice in your head. If you don’t fill your mind with constructive material, it will allow your brainwashed self to fill it with venom. The human mind is like a dog, if you don’t take the lead and show it that you are the leader of the pack, it will take the lead and act as the leader. The negative voices you hear in your head are the result of your mind playing the leading role character since you have not taken the part, and until your mind sees a powerful, calm, and self-assured presence demanding the role of the leader, it will not give the power back to you. Your mind needs to hear your assertive voice, feel your powerful energy, and your confident presence.
